The challenge of running 42,195km is an exceptional event and the emotions you will experience before, during and after the race are unbeatable. To avoid any issues and to run it safely, it is important to follow the advice of an expert. Therefore, we created for all of you "The coach's corner" with the help of Ignasi de la Rosa and his high performance company: SportPRO Training. What does Zurich Marató Barcelona mean to you?

It is the Marathon at home, the one in which while you run, each street brings back memories and experiences very different from those of a marathon, the one in which you are waiting for each neighborhood because you know the city and in which you know that your friends and family will be there cheering you on, preparing for a Marathon is synonymous with a challenge, with friends or alone, but a challenge for which you have to prepare yourself. We propose you 4 Live Instagram sessions so you can solve your doubts, listen to advice from the coach and even from other guest’s (nutritionists, psychologists and the Race Director) on the Instagram account of the Marató:

  • Tuesday, September 23rd at 20h30.
  • Thursday, October 7th at 20h30.
  • Thursday, October 21 at 20h30.
  • Thursday, November 4th at 20h30.
